I DON'T JUST USE AI IN CONSTRUCTION — I BUILD THE PROCESSES AROUND IT.
A project manager with a tech background who builds the tools most teams are still waiting on. See what I am working on below!
THE BOTTLENECK ISN'T THE HAMMER. IT'S THE PLANNER. SLOW INFORMATION FLOW DESTROYS MARGIN. AI, WHEN APPLIED CORRECTLY, SOLVES THE LATENCY.
Working tools, not screenshots.
RFI Agent + Automated Follow-up
The draft is generated live. If the drafting is unavailable it is because I have turned it off to reduce token costs. The next screen simulates the follow-up so you can watch it run.
Job cost to schedule — live.
Job Cost → Gantt + Conflict Scan
The parse is live AI — the PDF is read into a sequenced schedule. The Gantt and conflict scan are built by the app from that schedule.
From tool to rollout
Standard Operating ProcedureDiagnostic Audit
Identify the highest-friction administrative workflows currently costing PM hours.
Custom Pipeline
Build isolated tools that interact with your existing data without breaking compliance.
Field Adoption
Phased rollout with direct super and foreman feedback loops to ensure actual use.
Where AI earns its place — and where it doesn't
I believe AI works best in conjunction with great teams. Automated tools should handle the high-frequency, time consuming tasks, leaving us to manage the high-risk, high-judgment decisions.
INTEGRATIONS
All my custom tools sync bidirectionally with Procore, Autodesk Build or any project management software with API calls to maintain a single source of truth.

HOW WORKING IN TECH TRAINED ME FOR THE JOBSITE
I've spent the last eight years running deadline-driven projects in SaaS and digital marketing. I have owned schedules, coordinated stakeholders, and held accountable for measurable results. I created over 20 executive events, 15 webinars and 25 reports all managed through multiple cross-functional workflows.
In 2025, I went back to school to make a deliberate move into construction project management. I recently achieved a Construction Management certificate, OSHA 30 card, and hands-on exposure to residential estimating, scopes, takeoffs and blueprint reading and drafting.
