Parsing is live AI — a job-cost PDF becomes a sequenced schedule. The Gantt and conflict scan are deterministic and built by the app. In production this would write to a real scheduler (P6, MS Project, Procore) with the conflict windows raised as RFIs before they hit the field.

HOW WORKING IN TECH TRAINED ME FOR THE JOBSITE

I've spent the last eight years running deadline-driven projects in SaaS and digital marketing. I have owned schedules, coordinated stakeholders, and held accountable for measurable results. I created over 20 executive events, 15 webinars and 25 reports all managed through multiple cross-functional workflows.

In 2025, I went back to school to make a deliberate move into construction project management. I recently achieved a Construction Management certificate, OSHA 30 card, and hands-on exposure to residential estimating, scopes, takeoffs and blueprint reading and drafting.
